EchoEntry

AI speech-to-numbers. Convert spoken digits into clean, structured data for spreadsheets and systems.

What it does

EchoEntry turns spoken numbers (e.g. “five sixty four”) into accurate digits you can copy, export as CSV, or push into operational workflows.

Who it’s for

  • Inventory & warehouse teams
  • Ecommerce / operations workflows
  • Field data collection on mobile
  • Any numeric entry that’s painful on phones

How it works

  1. Speak a number once, then pause
  2. Audio is processed by a custom AI speech model
  3. EchoEntry outputs validated digits
  4. Export to CSV / copy to paste into Sheets

Status: Live MVP + deployed API. Currently in private beta.

Try the demo

Manual mode is more accurate. Speak one number at a time.

Ready – tap “Speak” and say one number.

How to speak

Say the number once, then pause.

Examples: "forty one (41)", "five sixty four (564)", "one oh five (105)"

💡 Works best with 1-3 digit numbers. 4+ digits are experimental.
